The Frontier Man and The Frontier Lady’s new folk love duet is now live on major music platforms
I’m thrilled to share the worldwide release of The Courage to Love, a new folk duet with The Frontier Lady.
Every song of mine begins as a poem. But now and then a truth arrives so poetic and so beautiful that it must become music — it cannot just rest on the page, it simply feels like it is destined to become a love song. This was one of those.
In love, there are two roads.
One is broad and bright and asks nothing of you, and it leaves you exactly as it found you. The other road climbs high. It costs something at every turn. Yet it is the only road real love has ever traveled.
Courage is the toll.
Not the loud kind — not the kind that storms a hill and is admired for it. The quiet kind. The kind that keeps a flame alive in the storm. That forgives and endures.
