Forever Young

Today I wake, my soul feels right,
A gift of life, of love, of light.
Despite the storms, and shadowed skies,
I rise again—love never dies.

Around me shines a circle true,
Each tender face, each voice, “I knew.”
Their love enfolds, both near and far,
Each word a kiss, each gaze a star.

I walk the world, through joy and pain,
Each step a lesson - loss or gain.
Yet still the dawn breaks pure and new,
A thousand dreams await my view.

Today I stand, unveiled, set free,
The world can see and honor me.
Not for my deeds, or wealth, or art,
But for the kindness of my heart.

I get to breathe the world divine,
How sweet it is, this life is mine.
Each birthday sings, “Begin, restart—
Forever young within my heart.”

Forever young, my spirit flies,
Through open hearts and endless skies.
Each breath a gift, each dream a flame,
Love is the song that speaks my name.
